I have used quicken bill pay for many years. I use to use it with the windows version of quicken then switching to web only after getting a mac. I recently purchased Quicken for Mac 2017 and have been trying to link my Quicken Bill Pay account to it. It says user ID is wrong (Its not!) did quicken allow the different versions.... Web, Mac, Windows all to set up their own user ID's? How do I fix this?

- edited April 2017Josh,
I was in the same boat - using Quicken Bill Pay with Quicken Windows for many years and found out the hard way that my existing Quicken Bill Pay account would not work with Quicken Mac 2017. Even the web only account that you were using in QMac 17 will not work. Quicken Mac 2017 will not recognize your old QBP login and password. You have to create a new Quicken Bill Pay account. Unfortunately your existing QBP payees need to be re-entered as there is no way to migrate them to your new account.
